ADVISORY: Route #3 Martin Luther King Jr Dr / Auburn Avenue, Route #21 Memorial Drive, Route #42 Pryor Road, Route #49 McDonough Boulevard, Route #55 Jonesboro Road, and Route #813 Atlanta University Center
WHAT: Publix Atlanta Marathon and Half Marathon
WHERE: The marathon will start at Home Depot Backyard, 1 Backyard Way, Atlanta, GA 30313. The route/course will travel through various streets in the City of Atlanta and Dekalb County.
WHEN: Sunday, February 25, 2024
TIMES: 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or Until the All clear is given by B.C.C.
Buses
in the vicinity of the marathon will undergo rerouting during the Marathon/5k
event. Bus routes intersecting with the race/runners will experience delays.
Atlanta Police will facilitate traffic flow between breaks in the race.
