Definition: Measures the percentage of service hours during which escalators are available for customer use.

Performance (March 2019):

In March, met the Target; the actual being 97.93%, planned downtime being 1,650 hours, unplanned downtime being 464 hours and the actual excluding planned downtime being 98.39%. 1 unit was down at North Springs station.
