Definition: Measures customer complaints about bus service (for example, related to on-time performance; operator courtesy, etc.) per 100,000 bus passenger boardings.

Performance (March 2019):

In March, did not meet the Target; the actual being 14.68 - mostly due to operator availability issues.

Corrective Action:

Improve operator availability.
