MARTA greatly appreciates the ongoing support of our customers, stakeholders, employees, regional partners and the general public during this difficult economic time. MARTA, like so many other private and public sector companies, continues to face financial challenges. We are making it through Fiscal Year 2010 only because of significant funding made available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and the help of our regional partners. Unless the President and Congress decide differently, we will not have those funds available to us in the future; thus, we will need to secure additional funding. We need you to help us carry our request for assistance to state lawmakers, regional and local decision makers.
