MARTA is looking at ways to improve how we do business throughout the Authority. The MARTA Transformation Initiative (MTI) is a program that guides those functional improvements. MTI has twelve transformation initiatives that focus on specific goals like saving money, developing better strategies, and taking advantage of new technology. Over the next five years, MARTA will make changes that provide the best benefits to the Authority and its stakeholders—like you.
MARTA matters. That’s why we are preparing for the future. We take our responsibility to the community, the local economy, and the Metro Atlanta region very seriously. Improving the way we do business is one way we can provide accountability to those stakeholders.
